Job Description

Advises on human capital, organizational culture, and leadership succession. Supports talent development across the group.

Role Summary

Serve on the compensation and HR committee of the board. Approve executive compensation frameworks, including short-term and long-term incentives. Review and ratify succession plans for C-suite and critical leadership roles. Assess the effectiveness of HR policies, talent acquisition, and learning & development programs. Monitor employee engagement survey results and advise on culture improvement initiatives. Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals are set and progress is tracked.
