Role Summary
Provide overall leadership and direction of the organization, with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and strategic growth across all business units and water treatment projects. Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, commercial objectives, and technical execution.
Drive business performance by ensuring all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) with municipal and industrial clients are consistently met or exceeded. Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and quality assurance across all projects and facilities.
Act as the primary interface between the board/CEO and internal teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring effective execution. Lead regular performance reviews with department heads, project managers, and regional leaders, and ensure proactive resolution of operational and commercial challenges.
